|Once the Product/Service data base setup is compete, the process is basically on auto-pilot. As the individual employees are deployed, the system looks up their Telework Configuration (and possibly their Continuity Configuration), to see what products and services are required. A custody sheet is but one printout available.
Essentially, as each month or quarter begins, Purchasing can simply print a report that aggregates all of the products and services that will be required that period.
The beauty of this approach is that if you want to upgrade a product or change a service, the data base will identify who has each item and where they are located.
