The Implementation process begins when each department has indicated that they are ready to begin the deployment. Facilities and HR will have agreed on which Compatibility Area should be fhe first conversion; HR will have scheduled the selected employees to be deployed and any workers remaining in the area to be converted, will be assigned temporary workstations. Training and provisioning is completed based upon the Telework/Continuity Configurations; Home offices will be setup and inspected, all based upon the job class codes established during the POlicy Development and Refinement Process, The actual conversion is managed by the project management component within the Implementation software.

As each Compatibility Area is completed, the cycle is repeated. At the end of the cycle, the remaining space should be able to be re-tasked or dropped from the lease/sold.
