TCR's implementation of Strategic Telework is holistic. It asserts that reducing overhead and improving productivity is a key to our national, regional and certainly our employer's ability to compete in the Global Economy. It presumes that empowering employees, and supporting responsible workers, is reasonable. It requires leadership and collaboration from those organizations that impact the telework environment, i.e., regulators, policy-makers, product and service providers as well as the internal departments of Human Resources, Facilities, Corporate Counsel and others.
Most importantly it states that telework has little to do with trust, it has lots to do with ensuring compatibility and proper evaluation.
